People are often amazed when they hear about our quick turnaround time, which is typically 5 to 10 working days from proof approval. (It's pure genius, isn't it?) Here's how we do it:
1. 3D Virtual Prototype
Bringing your vision to life begins here, where we run your graphics through our prototyping software to generate a realistic, three dimensional video that features your product in a retail store environment. This e-mail friendly video (or still image) is then sent to you, and as many clients as you wish. It's that fast...and that easy.
2. Design
Next, we use our CAD (Computer Aided Design) system and automated sample table to produce a hard structure of your design, which is scrutinized in order to ensure quality, accuracy and eye appeal.
3. Print
Once we're satisfied, your project is then sent to the pressroom. Our offset presses can handle 1 to 6 colors (with in-line coating), and a variety of paper stocks up to 0.032 inch caliper.
4. Finish
Finally, your job travels to our high speed finishing department for die-cutting, edging, folding, gluing and whatever else your package needs to look its best.
