PORTFOLIO/CASE STUDIES
Neckties were flapping in the breeze.
In came a client with an idea for a tie tack that couldn’t be seen. The client’s wife had been making them from fabric, but he needed a sturdier product, some catchy packaging, and help with a name and description. Presto. (Well, not quite that fast.) The Invisible Tie Tack was born at Richardson & Edwards. Sketch to product, our design staff came through with a working tack, pleasing art, and P.O.P. hanger. Entertainer Jay Leno got some, but we don’t know if he’s still using them. (Call him for a definitive answer.)
A large Texas manufacturer, a longtime client...
is so happy with our expertise and reliability that they won’t even talk about us publicly. They’re concerned that their competition might learn who we are and “steal us away.”
Privately and anonymously, though, they’ll rave about us, saying “this company excels at what they do. They excel at solutions. They excel at service. They take extra good care of us.” (Well, we won’t tell you who they are, either.)
How many companies can put metal cutters or “teeth” on foil boxes?
Only two, as far as we know. And we’re one of them.
How often have we “saved the day” for customers with an acute packaging problem? We’d be boasting shamelessly if we told you just how many times. (So please don’t call and ask us.)
We collaborate with our clients, and keep working until everything gels.
