We design and produce a variety of standard and custom folding cartons to give your product the optimum shelf impact. Recyclable and renewable paperboard stocks are environmentally-friendly options. Both will support the high quality multi-color offset printing needed for attractive, functional packaging.
Stock Types (in order of highest quality and decreasing cost):
• SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate) –
“virgin” paperboard, totally white,
produces strong, super quality
printed pieces
• S.U.S. (Solid Unbleached Sulfate) –
also “virgin” stock, produces strong
fibers for good tear resistance…white
side for good printability and kraft
color back
• WCCKB (White Clay Coated Kraft Back) –
white one side, kraft color back, made from
discarded corrugated stock…good strength
capabilities on clay-coated front side
• WCCNB (White Clay Coated News Back) –
white front, grayish back, from recycled
newspaper stock…least expensive, good
quality print stock, used primarily for low
cost packaging
• TBC (Tan Bending Chip) –
the green look consumers are looking
for…recycled chip board, kraft color both
sides, best for simple, basic printing
Measure cartons in this specific manner to describe to us the dimensions you need:
L-Length: the dimension across the box opening from right to left if box is facing you and the top facing up
W-Width: the dimension from the front panel to the back panel
D- Depth: the dimension from the top (opening side) to the bottom (opening side) showing how deep the box is
