Like Header Cards, they fold over the end of poly bags to seal the product. They provide an attractive, white area for promotional print. With flexible paper stock and special heat-sealing coating on the back, they’re folded over the bag, crimped and heat-sealed to the bag. No staples necessary; typically used for bagged candy.
